How Often Should I listen To My Audio Download?


There really is no right or wrong number of times to use your self-hypnosis products.

Initially you may want to spend more time listening to the products to get used to the process.

Then after you've started to get a routine going you can play it by ear and listen as many times as you feel is beneficial for you.


Work It In With Your Schedule

When you have achieved the results you want you don’t have to keep listening to the recording but most people like to listen occasionally to stay inspired and focused.

When you focus on what you want, your subconscious mind works tirelessly to make it happen for you. Many people love to continue using the products purely for inner reflection and relaxation.

Personally, I do some form of self-hypnosis at least once per day. That works very well for me and even though I have to take time out of my busy schedule to do this, it is well worth the effort.

I could go on all day about how great hypnosis is for you. But don't take my word for it - try it for yourself! Here are just some of the benefits you can look forward to if you practise daily:

  • Things that cluttered your mind before no longer seems so important and you’re able to focus on what is of true value to you;
  • It reduces mood swings. Regular relaxation calms the nervous system and removes mental blockages. You become more aware of your emotions and learn to recognise when you’re getting caught up in reactive patterns;
  • Your mood stabilizes and you feel centred most of the time. You’re able to accept things as they are and not get stressed over the little things;
  • Daily relaxation rejuvenates your body. People who devote a portion of their time to relaxation each day often look and feel years younger;
  • It improves sleep. Practising regular relaxation helps you fall asleep more quickly and stay asleep longer.

One last thing; it’s not necessary to listen to the recordings more than once a day but if you want to do that and you have time, it won’t hurt. So do what feels right for you and you can’t go wrong.
